Scholar Speech is the seller of record for all orders. Card payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider, which handles secure checkout, receipts and refunds on our instruction. We provide all customer service enquiries and handles returns.

Where Scholar Speech lists work created by other people, the platform acts as an intermediary between the creator and the buyer. Whether the platform is treated as the seller of record, a deemed supplier for tax purposes, or purely an agent has not been determined yet. Until that determination is documented, only test transactions are processed.
